The Climate Litigation Network is hiring an Operations Director — a pivotal new leadership role that will shape the next chapter of our organisation. 

This is a rare opportunity to join a small, mission-driven team using strategic litigation to drive systemic climate action around the world.

As our new Operations Director, you’ll sit on the Senior Management Team and build an operational model that is agile, values-aligned and capable of supporting CLN’s growth in impact, scale and ambition. You will work closely with the Co-Directors to strengthen our infrastructure across finance, HR, governance, compliance and internal systems — helping us evolve from a start-up organisation into a resilient, future-ready one.

We would love to hear from candidates who are:

– Based in the Netherlands, with strong NL legal/financial/regulatory familiarity

– Experienced organisational leaders with extensive senior operations experience

– Skilled at building and executing operational strategies, ideally in a scaling NGO or mission-driven organisation

– Values-led, collaborative, strategic, and energised by supporting a global team working on climate justice
